Site Assistant

A white-label AI concierge on your own real estate website

Visitors ask about listings, the local market and what their home is worth. Your assistant answers under your name, then hands you the lead.

Your name on the door

Visitors meet the assistant you named, with your greeting, never a vendor's voice.

Answers from your listings

Live MLS listings on your site, neighbourhood stats and home valuations, nothing invented.

Leads with real consent

Contact details go through a form with a consent checkbox, never through the chat itself.

In short

What is the HomeXa Site Assistant?

The Site Assistant is a white-label AI chat concierge that HomeXa adds to a realtor's website. Visitors ask it about active MLS listings, how the neighbourhood market is doing and what their home is worth, and it answers from the agent's live listing feed and HomeXa market data, under the assistant name and greeting the agent chose. When a visitor wants a showing, a callback or a valuation report, the assistant opens a short contact form with a consent checkbox. The lead is created only when the visitor submits that form, and the agent is then notified by email and in the HomeXa dashboard. Agents switch the assistant on from the AI Assistant page in the dashboard, set its name, greeting and launcher label, and turn each of the four capabilities on or off. It has 8 tools, and usage is counted in conversations per month.

One assistant, every screen

The Site Assistant open on a realtor's website, answering a home-value question with comparable sales and offering to send the full valuation report (design preview)

On the desktop site the assistant opens beside your listings. Here a visitor asks what 42 Rosewood Ave is worth, gets an estimate backed by six comparable sales, answers one qualifying question and requests the full report, all without leaving the page.

The Site Assistant on a phone: a listing search with result cards, quick actions and a confirmed tour request (design preview)

On a phone the conversation takes the whole screen. A listing search returns cards the visitor can act on, and a tour request becomes a lead with consent saved, so you always have someone to call back.

Every tool the Site Assistant can use

Each Dashboard capability switches a group of tools on or off. This is the complete list.

Listings2

  • Search listings

Active MLS listings on the agent's site from the visitor's own words, for sale or for lease.

  • Listing details

Price, bedrooms and bathrooms, type, status and location for one MLS number.

Market insight1

  • Neighbourhood insight

Median sold price, median days on market and sale-to-list ratio around a property, with the recent trend.

Home valuation1

  • Estimate home value

An estimated value and likely range from an address or MLS number, with the number of comparable sales behind it.

Lead capture1

Booking and hand-off3

  • Request a showing

Records which property the visitor wants to see and when they are free, and notifies you once they are a captured lead.

  • Request a callback

Asks you to call the visitor back, with the topic they want to discuss.

  • Hand off to you

Passes the conversation to you with a two or three sentence summary of what the visitor is looking for.

Questions agents ask about the Site Assistant

Everything you need to know about the HomeXa white-label AI assistant

What is the Site Assistant?

It is an AI chat concierge on your HomeXa white-label website. Visitors ask about your listings, the local market and home values, and the assistant answers from your live MLS feed and HomeXa market data. When a visitor is ready to talk to you, it captures their details with consent and books a showing or callback.

Is it branded as HomeXa or as me?

The name, greeting and launcher label are yours, and the assistant introduces itself by the name you chose. The widget keeps HomeXa's colours on every site theme, with a small "Powered by HomeXa" line, so it looks the same on a blue site and a green one. Visitors talk to your assistant, not to a vendor.

What can visitors ask it?

Four things, each of which you can switch on or off: listing search and questions about a specific listing; how the neighbourhood market is doing; what a home is worth; and requests for a showing, a callback or a conversation with you. The 8 tools behind those capabilities are listed on this page.

Where do its answers come from?

From your own site's live MLS listing feed and from HomeXa market data for the neighbourhood. The assistant is instructed to use those tools for every factual answer and never to invent an address, price or statistic. If a tool returns nothing, it says so instead of guessing.

How does it capture a lead, and is consent recorded?

When a visitor asks for a showing, a callback or a valuation report, the assistant opens a short contact form: first name, email, phone and a consent checkbox. The lead is created only when the visitor submits the form, and the consent click is stored with it. Contact details go straight from the form to HomeXa; they never pass through the chat model.

What happens when it cannot answer or the visitor wants a person?

The assistant hands off to you with a short summary of what the visitor is looking for and why it is handing off. It never promises a time you have not agreed to, and it never attempts to complete a transaction itself. Showing and callback requests reach you by email and in your dashboard notifications once the visitor is a captured lead.

Will it quote prices or give advice it should not?

No. Home values are presented as an estimate with a range, never as an appraisal or an offer, and it points the visitor to you for a precise assessment. It does not give legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it stays neutral and factual on fair-housing-sensitive topics such as neighbourhoods, schools and demographics.

How do I set it up?

Open the AI Assistant page in your HomeXa dashboard and turn on the live switch. Give the assistant a name, a greeting and a launcher label, then switch each capability on or off. Blank fields fall back to defaults built from your profile, so a one-switch setup already works.

Is my visitors' information private?

Yes. Names, emails and phone numbers are entered in the form and sent to HomeXa directly; they are never placed in the conversation that the AI model reads. Each assistant is scoped to one agent's site and listings, so no tool can reach another agent's data.

How is the Site Assistant priced?

Usage is measured in conversations per month against a monthly allowance shown on the AI Assistant page. When the allowance is used up the assistant switches to the contact form, so visitors always have a way to reach you. Contact HomeXa sales for current pricing and plan availability.
